The free DDB Explorer Version 2015 is a demo of the DDB and the DDB software package. Based on data for 30 components (see table below) and their appropriate mixtures, the user could get a picture of the efficiency of our powerful products.

Not only utilities to display, print, copy, and plot the several thousand data sets with experimental pure component and mixture data are included in the Explorer Version. Data can also be estimated, regressed and predicted.


The Artist program contains a multitude of methods published in current literature and can be used for the estimation of pure component properties like critical data or normal boiling points.

Besides the regression of gE model parameters for NRTL, Wilson and UNIQUAC, group contribution methods like UNIFAC and mod. UNIFAC (Do) as well as the group contribution equations of state VTPR and PSRK can be applied to predict the phase equilibrium behavior of the different mixtures.

Some options are not accessible in the Explorer Version. The Introductory Course for DDB / DDBSP can be used to get a deeper insight to the capabilities of the program package.
