Recval/3 - NRTL Regression Finishes after 4 Iterations without Changing Parameters

Description: When starting Recval/3 from the Dortmund Data Bank program, in some cases a wrong initial value of 0 for NRTL alpha is set. As the default allowed range for alpha is 0.1 to 0.5, no regression is possible.

Solution/Workaround: Please enter a valid starting value of 0.3 for alpha in Edit - Initial Parameters.
